MOUTHOLE is a psychedelic horror experience where reality bends, loops, and breaks under your control. It opens in a dentist's chair — a blurred, first-person inspection of your mouth and a string of questions no real dentist would ever ask — and from there it spirals. You're given six days to set things right, and every ordinary act you take to fill them (drinking, smoking, driving, wandering, just existing) becomes a door into something wrong. Behind it waits a second reality: the surreal inner mouth, a grotesque hub whose passages gate everything that follows.
There's no combat and no clean escape. Death here is frequent, abrupt, and absurd, delivered through unsettling imagery, distorted sound, and a strange robotic voice that reads your demise back to you like a poem. The world physically warps to match your state, the PS1-style visuals smear and flicker, and the game tells you almost nothing — you'll re-visit areas, notice tiny details, and piece the truth together yourself across multiple endings.
It's strange, claustrophobic, and genuinely unlike anything else. If you want a far-out retro nightmare that tests your nerve more than your reflexes, this one stays with you.
