Limited Legacy Games produces limited, often numbered, collector editions and related collectibles. Because our products are made in small quantities and are collectible in nature, this policy explains when returns, replacements, and refunds are available.
Please read this policy before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
All Sales Final on Collectibles

Except as required by law or as expressly stated in this policy, all sales of limited and collector items are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or because a particular randomized variant (such as a variant cover) was received. Variant items are distributed at random and cannot be selected, guaranteed, or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items

We pack items with care, but if your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right. Contact us within [RETURN WINDOW, e.g. "7 days"] of delivery at limitedlegacygames@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging, including the shipping box. Once we confirm the issue, we will, at our discretion and subject to availability, send a replacement or issue a refund. Because our runs are limited, an identical replacement may not always be available; in that case we will offer a refund.

Wrong Item Received
If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us within [RETURN WINDOW, e.g. "7 days"] of delivery at limitedlegacygames@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will arrange to correct the order at no additional cost to you.

Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with your household and local carrier, as packages are sometimes marked delivered prematurely. If it still cannot be found, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will work with you and the carrier to investigate. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the package is handed to the carrier; we are not obligated to refund or replace orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier, but we will assist in good faith wherever we can.
Pre-Orders and Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before the item enters fulfillment or ships. Once an order has shipped, the standard terms of this policy apply. Estimated release dates are estimates only; a delayed release date is not, on its own, grounds for cancellation once the item has shipped. If a pre-order is cancelled by us (for example, if a release is cancelled entirely), you will receive a full refund.

Order Changes and Address Errors
Please review your order and shipping address carefully before completing checkout. We are unable to guarantee changes once an order is placed. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address; if a package is returned to us for this reason, you are responsible for any reshipment costs.
How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.

International Orders
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and carrier fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
